to be perfectly honest i've never really listened to Hesitation Marks, after Everything was released i kinda, pushed it to the side, and tried to forget about it, but i've listened it to it twice today..... and i think there'll be a third time too.
but i'm actually quite liking it. it's different but not in a bad way i think there was a general expectancy of the album was going to be another concept album or was that it was going to be darker than what it ended up being, does anyone think kinda the same thing?

i discovered blonde redhead at lolla in 2005 (the first year it was in grant park) and got addicted right away. everything post-23 has been fine but not incredible like the rest of their discography. i would highly recommend proceeding in reverse chronological order from 23, so next listen to "misery is a butterfly", etc.
Space Suicide i've actually never heard any of Ghost's material but i'll check this out!

So I'll just say it, for some reason I grew up thinking I never liked Michael Jackson's music. I feel like it may have been because I remember seeing "Thriller" on MTV when I was iiitty bitty (I'm talking early 90's) and being absolutely terrified, and then I went all of my teenage and college life never really bothering to listen to any of his songs or seeing his videos.
