Lately it's been Brody Dalle. Her solo record Diploid Love and the self titled Spinnerette album. More melodic than The Distillers, of which I am not a fan.

First thing other than his FDTS mix and Selected Ambient works I've heard from him. So different from SAW. Definitely seeing the appeal.

Edit: Okay seriously Drukqs is incredible

It's a reference from a Kevin Smith movie...

Accidently stumbled accross this gorgeous sexy Carter/Tutti ( Throbbing Gristle) track whilst viewing an Alexander Mcqueen fashion vid. Track is called Dancing Ghosts.

I'm sure you just grabbed the easiest photo available BUT is there really a blue cover variant? If so, anything different about it?

i'm kind of embarrassed to say that, as much of a huge TG fan i am, i've never listened to carter/tutti / chris & cosey. i tried psychic TV but i could never really get into it that much.

side question: how are they still showing alexander mcqueen? is it stuff made under his imprint by other people, or is it designs he had left over that others are executing in his stead? i don't know how that sort of thing works in the fashion world.

I grabbed it because this album gets posted so much i thought i would be better to post the variant.
And yes, it's a real thing, this was exclusive on vinyl, as far as i know there's no difference in the content, just the cover; as far as i know there's also another variant (all black), released on vinyl for "Record Store Day", i wanted that one, but ended up buying the red cover with the expanded booklet...

Camouflage - new album Greyscale, released yesterday in EU.

    Audio examples:

    And "Shine" video:

And I confess, in 1987 I thought their first hits were Depeche Mode (but I was not the only one). :-) And yes, I like them, and actually I enjoyed their concerts more than Depeche Mode for some reason, less... "scripted" if you will.

yeah there are several bands around that era that were DM clones. camouflage, red flag, anything box, celebrate the nun, cetu javu etc. this is the closest sound-alike i've heard though:
