When they were good.
I love listening to instrumentals of pop songs. This is the official instrumental, not some shitty karaoke remake.

Always perfect. Always groovy. Better Living Through Chemistry never fails to amaze me.
Steve Vai.
That's one of my favorite songs ever as there's this great live version from a few years ago with Jon Theodore on drums as it goes into this extended instrumental suite where the band just goes nuts and Theodore kills it on the drums playing jazz fills as it just gives the song new life.
Strange but very interesting compilation...

Anicon - Exegeses
Feeling weird today. XD
I'll be really surprised if any other album comes out this year that beats this one for me. Every second from start to finish is just perfect to my ears. Enough time's gone by since release that it doesn't feel too reactionary to call this a top album of mine for Radiohead. It's certainly in my top 5. They can do no wrong in my eyes.
wow that album cover is fucking gorgeous. going to check this out just based on that (and your generally good taste).
just listened to Morning View by incubus for the first time in a while...still love it (other than Warning, which i have not wanted to listen to since it got overplayed on the radio and still never want to hear again).
currently listening to Exciter by Depeche Mode, which i'll never understand the hate for. i love this album. but my favorite DM album is Construction Time Again, which a lot of people don't seem to like, either, even though it's basically an earlier (and better) version of the two albums that followed it.
All the feels. I can replay that first minute all day long every day. Always found the lyrics particularly self identifying as well.
I'll always be enamored with this song. I can't think of a time or place where it doesn't make me feel content. One of my top favorite songs of all time. No matter what edit live version or video! This was the 1994/1995 Demon Knight edit music video.
So fucking cool. No other word for it, really.
