Looks like Brian's having a hard time learning his photoshop and accepting he's fat.

    Isn't that The Fragile-era Trent fringe he's copy-pasting?

Anyone that calls him Brian is about as cool as the people that call Trent Michael. Just saying

No preview? There isn't now...if there was it's gone.

Cover art is Okay...I expected something better.

Yeah, that preview showed absolutely nothing. A verse, or something would've been nice.

I found it on Youtube. Just (I assume) the intro guitar and drums before the first verse and then about 5 words.

Either way, minus the lack of vocals the music was a pleasant surprise. It sounded good.

"Brian" has been used as a way to mock Manson's stage persona for many years.

Anyone who thought that using "Brian" in my comment was intended as "cool" obviously thinks that Manson is cool. Just sayin'...

Look at that perfectly Photoshopped chin. Someone's in a bit of denial about that third chin. As for the sample, it sounded ok I guess. People are saying 'Wow! He looks like Peter Murphy!' and various other comparisons...and at this point all I can think of is 'Stop fucking trying to imitate a vibe or another artist, just come up with something good.'

Can't really blame Manson for what other people say about it and what it looks like. I never once thought of Peter Murphy or Bauhaus. I just thought Marilyn Manson. Not everything he does is connected to someone else.

    Just my two cents.

That intro riff is horrendously stupid.

It's funny you mention that, I thought his 'outfit' in those soundwave videos look like Trent's wardrobe from the Fragility tour...

The preview was 'interesting', it sounded like THEOL... which musically was awesome... still no leak... I swear by this time last album we had at least the 10second preview of each song...

Maybe it's a symptom of being 'independent'... less hands in the pie = less chance of a leak... just like we will never see/hear an unintentional NIN leak again...

I just want a bit more to really get me pumped for it... I'm still in that mindset that it could be total crap.

    Still optimistic though....

I am actually alright with that preview, but my expectations were not very high. The preview probably should have been of the chorus or something, but as far as the music goes, I think it sounds like Jeordie, and I am way more than ok with that.

If you zoom out it's the WITT video.

Yeah it's 3 min ago and yeah I can't hear it either. The preview sounded balls though and it'll be on YouTube by 6pm I reckon.

It was. I really enjoyed it too, actually. had a good thing going for it. If it's any indication of how the album will be then he's on the ball.

I'm sure a radio rip will be some where in minutes.

Sounds like a Marilyn Manson song, which has its charms. I'd love him to one day just defy expectations the way he did with Mechanical Animals, but sadly I don't think that's ever going to happen again.

after these comments I've reverted back to the 2000 Gibbon and I've gotten myself excited about a new Manson release. So I'm refreshing youtube every minute or so

    Boom.

    Still kinda meh to me.

I take it back. It's very, very meh. Snore. There's no big choral release...the song just meanders along at the same damn tempo. Seriously, this is pretty disappointing.
