How'd you manage that? Ive been to a ton of shows and never have met anyone. I'm seeing qotsa in Chicago coming up for the 5th time and I've always wanted to meet josh. Lol

triz getting hit in the head with a bottle in the smooth sailing video and subsequently throwing himself on the floor deserved an oscar, probably.
@qotsa_1992 Just go out to the back of the venue and hang out by the back exit by the bus, I've met the all the Queens guys and they're all very nice, willing to take pictures/sign stuff.
So Josh makes an appearance on Portlandia this week, playing a "disappointing gay" . The clip is pretty funny!
Pretty random of them to add Oshawa and London tour dates instead of Toronto, but hey, I'll take it.
Hey guess who sang on "Millionaire" again:

Daaang. We got I'm Designer and Fun Machine in San Francisco tonight.
Don't know who mixed the Coachella live feed, but they did a great job. Sounds a lot better than most of the other performances I've downloaded from the festival.
Speaking of live, I was browsing for some sort of live compilation for like clockwork and found nothing... with all the live feeds we got we should have enough material for a good bootleg, what would be the best performances to use?
I'm just checking in cuz I haven't seen anything. Have there been any b-sides or anything from the Like Clockwork sessions like there were with Era Vulgaris?
No, absolutely nothing.
Although, Josh vaguely hinted that the next record may arrive much sooner than Like Clockwork did. What if this is the solution?
Inspiration for LC album cover
I'm pissed off at myself because I haven't gotten this on vinyl yet.
Not that it matters but Josh Homme won best vocalist at the Golden Gods Awards.

Popmarket has the 180-gram deluxe (with the illustrated lyric booklet) on sale for $34, shipping included. You have 17 hours left.
Are any tiny ladies out there interested in a QOTSA tee for just the cost of shipping? It's this one. It's a nice shirt- the fabric is soft but still decently thick- it just turned out to be way too small for me. It's theoretically a medium but it's only 15.5" across the chest. I tried it on and washed it once but it hasn't been worn.
finally got to see qotsa last night in milwaukee. chelsea wolfe was mazing as well. three signed booklets, two set lists and one josh homme (ginger elvis)
chelsea wolfe is THE BEST. i would have killed to see her & QOTSA play together.
Great show. I'm the guy who was behind you in line talking about NIN; makes sense I'd see you on here, I suppose! Nice work with all those acquisitions, man. Going to see their second Chicago show tonight, so maybe I'll attempt to run into some of the band beforehand.
At first I was kinda disappointed we didn't get "I'm Designer" tonight like most of the recent shows but I think "Misfit Love" more than made up for it
Went to the Chicago show. There was a guy in a red NIN shirt in a bandana who was super sweaty and kept running into me.
And the show kicked ass, of course.
Sadly that was probably the first time I've heard it ever. I only picked up Lullabies to Paralyze & Era Vulgaris (& the Rated R deluxe reissue) last year after getting back into QOTSA after the ...Like Clockwork release, & I mostly listened to them at the gym. Think the slow build made me skip it whenever it came up.
But much like the first time I heard "I Think I Lost My Headache" on the Wiltern webcast, it instantly became one of my favorite QOTSA songs.
Josh Homme's acoustic set at Royal Festival Hall London for James Lavelle's Meltdown 2014, sold out in 0.0001 seconds! Damnit!!
