Saw the tour tonight in KC and it was great. Code Orange (who actually got me in for free and are extremely solid people) played a 40 minute set, absolutely savaged it. It's been a really long time since I've seen the first band of an arena show hold the audience's attention the way they did. Got banged up in the pit and loved every second of it. Chevelle did an hour, and barely played anything off of the new album, but they were still fun if you're into Chevelle I guess. Korn sounded really fucking good. Jonathan is clearly still dealing with post-covid side effects and didn't move around much on stage, as well as used on oxygen mask on stage in between each song. His voice sounded phenomenal though. Ra Diaz is like watching a short stumpy Fieldy. He was so similar to Fieldy's onstage presence that I wondered how many people in the audience even realized it wasn't him. Set was mostly the typical greatest hits set with a handful of new tracks, but honestly, no complaints.
