Maybe we're dead and this is Hell.
Multiverse shenanigans?
Belated April's Fool joke?
Mass hysteria?

dp & w was cool, but marvel movies aren't for me anymore. my gf liked it.
I hope everyone who sees it enjoys it.
I'll be optimistic about the Marvel stuff until I see trailers and then make up my mind...
I haven't been up to date at all with anything Marvel since Quantumania, and before that, I missed a bunch as well like Loki S2, Marvel's, and so on so excuse my ignorance.
Is there a chance that he could be some sort of variant? It's even hard to believe that when you watch the reveal of RDJ taking the doom mask off. People are comparing this to Josh Brolin, but that isn't the same at all imo. I just do not have the time, nor energy to really dive into this at the moment.
Apparently they said at the panel that he is Victor Von Doom, which suggests he's not a variant of Tony Stark, which I suppose is a silver lining.
I still think it's the wrong call. I don't think he is right for the character of doom, taken independently from the fact that he's already played the most prominent character in the franchise. I also think this casting limits how often we can see de. Doom, because RDJ is expensive. The MCU still has a problem creating and keeping compelling villains. Doom really needs to be a solution to that.
I was honestly hoping for Jon Hamm, who has said a number of times he wanted the role but if it’s RDJ, that’s great as long as he’s Victor Von Doom.
Iron Man is and always has been my favorite Marvel character and I don’t want them retconning Tony Stark back because his story was near perfect in the MCU.
There's been comics with Stark becoming Doom and comics with Doom becoming Iron Man. So at least it's not unprecedented.
I was actually hoping for Jim Rash to get the role
Jim Rash for Professor X, obviously
I'm kind of hoping it's like the Captain America Serpent Society announcement where it's not really that and they change it to someone more interesting. Like Mads. I know he was in Doctor Strange but he'd be an awesome Doom.
I think there’s more to it than RDJ playing Dr. Doom.
There’s the fact that they’re trying to right the Kang storyline. Maybe it’s Stark now.
Or it could be a play on Secret Invasion. There’s a lot of unexplored territory there.
I feel like there must be something, because why else would they do that?
It does seem like maybe not the best call for that guy to play that part.
But if they said at the panel it was Victor von Doom, I don’t know.
Maybe it’s a Doom variant who just looks like Stark.
Maybe it’s a joke.
I think RDJ's Dr. Doom is going to be a Stark variant that was orphaned as an infant and raised by the Von Doom family. That way he can still be Victor Von Doom like they said at the panel. I don't think Marvel would cast RDJ as another character without making him a variant of his Tony Stark. I know that Deadpool and Wolverine has now established that characters played by the same actor aren't necessarily variants though so who knows.
Just watched the first two episode of "Agatha All Along" ... quite enjoying it.
If you have a "witchy" background, I think it makes more enjoyable/amusing.
Thunderbolts actually looks like a lot of fun. Semi-hyped for this one.
Yeah, I’m into that Thunderbolts trailer.
