Saw them last night in San Antonio and had a blast. Chino was in a great mood with an ear-to-ear grin the entire time. All the songs sound great live. If you even marginally like them, I recommend seeing them live if they come near your town.

I saw them in Seattle last night. Their drummer is RIPPED! I could count different muscles in his arms while he was DESTROYING the drum kit at the end of The Years, awesome screaming by Chino in that song. Chuck Doom is also one groovy fucker, I didn't expect him to be so lively. Going back to the drummer: it was so much fun watching him perform. I definitely don't know anything about drumming, but his patterns looked weird, the way he hit the drums, nothing conventional...it reminded me of Josh Freese. I wish they had played Death Bell...I don't know why they didn't perform it, I was kinda expecting them to close with this song. Nonetheless, The Years was a good way to finish their concert. Their merch was not that exciting and didn't get anything. I wanted to buy a tshirt, but black tees don't do anything for me these days.

About the opener, JMSN, I was really impressed! Does anyone know more about them? The singer kinda looked like Jesus Christ (and his clothes kinda helped this image) and he sang amazing! Great voice, the guy could definitely sing. The bass player and drummer were so into it, very energetic performance and amazing ending. Came back home and checked their Wikipedia page, according to it, it's an R&B band. When their set finished last night I thought to myself: "This is how pop music should sound like!". Bought their Priscilla album when their set was over and ran into the signer, I shook his hand, great dude. I could tell he was still in another dimension/pumped up from his performance. Another newb question: JMSN has an EP and an LP out, and both titles have crosses signs on both ends of the title (†Priscilla† & †Pllajλ†), does any of you know why is this? What's with the crosses (with JMSN and with Crosses)? I remember reading in this board that the symbol is associated with the witch house movement and well, at that point I felt like Homer Simpson in the Hulabalooza episode, what the hell is a witch house? After further reading I learned that neither do Crosses nor JMSN are part of the witch house genre. Kids these days...Will post pictures of the show later.

Hey @synyster , definitely not a cellphone, it was this camera: http://amzn.com/B00DM8R866
Point & shoot on steroids, I call it. It has a very big sensor, compared to the body of the camera. Any camera nicer than that would be a DSLR, which is definitely not allowed at shows. Then I edited the photos with iPhoto.

Wow Chino sounds sooo different in this.

This doesn't really sound anything like the last release from them, which excites the shit out of me. I didn't want just another album that sounded the same as the last +++ release.

I doubt they were working on new music. Chino stated a few months ago that there were old instrumentals laying around for a few years and he finally got around to recording vocals for them. I assume this is one of those songs.....Maybe we get an EP....I won't hold out hope for an album

They could do what they did last time. Put out EPs throughout 2021 and lead up to an album. I honestly don't believe concerts are going to return in 2021. Maybe late 2021 if we are lucky, but I am doubtful. Bands will lots more time off to work on music.

New track is really good, but could have shaved off about a minute or so. Almost doesn't sound like Chino when you really listen to it; dude is so dam versatile.

I never ever thought Crosses would ever come back. Cool to see that there's new stuff, even if it's just a single for now.
