And yeah @eversonpoe , she's had a rough year. She got a UTI earlier in February, had her annual check up in March and then had a seizure about two weeks ago. Something called FARS? She's doing much better, but geeze. Poor little thing. Thanks for everyone being so kind though <3

kaylee (one of our cats) used to get what we thought were UTIs on a semi-regular basis...turned out she was going into heat and that was partially causing her UTIs. the guy i had adopted her from (whose "vet's office burned down" so he didn't have any records...) lied to me about her being fixed. got her an ultrasound and had to rush her to emergency surgery because she had an infected uterus and was literally about to die. so, yeah, keep an eye on her.

I walk to work some days and my wife walks with me. This morning the cat was being teased and wouldn't come down because he thought he would be able to catch one of the two birds.

Is it? I was just going off the image in the tweet and not so much the reddit post. Basically the SIL is an idiot who thought it was hurting the cat's feelings. because we all know that cats understand English and know to be offended at colloquialisms.

My 20 year old cat, Mr Bungle, passed away in my arms a few hours ago.

He had a stroke back in May that paralyzed him, but I got him a wheelchair and taught him to walk again. But time still caught up with him, he started having issues walking Friday and this morning he woke me up because he was having trouble breathing and he was gone quick. I think he knew it was time, stopped eating and drinking yesterday. No more pain buddy, if there is an afterlife I hope you are climbing up on all those beds you couldn't get on anymore!

Rest in piece kitty-dude, we had a good run, thanks for being my best friend.
