Any idea what kind of hardware - and software is needed to actually play the full resolution clip? Best I can do in my browser is 1440p - the highest one just makes it start over at low res. And when I used keepvid to download at "original resolution" (590MB mp4 file), VLC won't even play it. Just shows up with a running time of zero seconds.
Any thoughts?

I used 4K Video Downloader on my mac and it pulled a 622.8MB file. Here's the specs from Quicktime:
It plays a little slow on my Air, but it's fine on my mini - albeit 1080.

What's the video quality like? Pixelation is so strong on the YouTube stream that even 1080p looks like an old VHS tape most of the time. I didn't really like the original track to be honest, but I quite enjoy this remix. Hands down, for me this is much better than the album version.

Dookie was a fun album when it came out. Played a huge role in my teenage years. I personally would have put TDS 1st and Dookie 2nd but still ..
