There's no proof of that. The main guy who accused him of that in the early 90's recanted his story later. There was a ring announcer who they did employ who turned out to abuse children (and the McMahons apparently kept a blind eye to some of it), but Patterson was caught in those accusations merely because of the fact he was gay, and of a prominent position in the company.
