i will be going from st louis to vegas for the summer show by myself. i've been further from home, but i've never been to vegas. so i'm anxious and excited.
Flew from Detroit to Los Angeles for the 2006 spiral club show in cabazon.
Flew from MN to New York City last summer! Also drove to Chicago. This fall we will be driving to Chicago as well. NIN used to come here, have seen them twice here. But now they like going to Chicago only lol
buffalo to toronto many times, to rochester once, in nyc to nyc/nj venues, cleveland, chicago a couple of times, and las vegas coming up.
1st time seeing NIN was 2005. Did Durham (UK) to Paris which was 546 miles.
Last year did Durham to NYC for Panorama which was 3337 miles.
Going to Czech Republic for Aerodrome this month, 1051 miles.
Trying to magic up the cash for either Osaka or Bangkok but they're looking unlikely.
Shanghai to Bangkok - 1788 Miles
Haven't done it yet, but NIN is playing in Atlanta the day after my birthday, and my organization's national conference is being held in a hotel just over a mile away that weekend, so I'll be flying in to Atlanta from San Diego and seeing them at the Fox Theater about 4 hours after I get off the plane. Gonna be a great birthday present.
Has anyone seen a show at the Fox Theater before? It looks like it's got pretty decent views even in the cheap seats.
Last summer for Panorama (and then the Webster Hall show) - El Paso to NYC (2182 miles)
Haven't logged that much milage following NIN. Longest/Farthest would be from Charlotte, NC to Atlanta, GA; about 260 miles / 4 hours by car.
Whilst i haven't personally travelled far, i did befriend a nice women in the que to the London Scala show in 2014 who's travelled all the way from Australia for the show! I helped her get a nice spot to the side of the stage in-front on a side rail with little crowd push, i like to think she appreciated that after all that travel!
Chicago twice now, so thats a nine to ten hour drive for me.
Going from ATL to Vegas for the two nights at the end of the month. This will be the second time I have flown to Vegas for a NIN show at the Hard Rock. Aside from that, flew to Louisville to see them at Louder than Life, which was cancelled so we ended up driving from Louisville to Nashville for the Saturday night show instead.
Chicago three different times for me (2014 with Soundgarden, 2017 RiotFest, & two 2018 shows) and once in Portland, OR. I plan to see them at Red Rocks at some point before I die...
I'm going from Atlanta to Vegas for two shows at the end of the month. The only place I've seen NIN outside of Atlanta was in Asheville during the Tension tour. Really excited to go to see them in Vegas. Im also still considering finding tickets to two shows in New Orleans, but I'm not sure it's in my budget.
Now I can officially say my farthest traveling for NIN:
~2,300 miles flown (Vegas)
~1,500 miles driven (Red Rocks)
And honestly, they were both so very worth it.
I can finally post here... 14921 kilometres (or 9272 miles) Lol. Wollongong to Chicago. Zero regrets.
6.400 km Berlin to Brooklyn for two shows! Would always do it again!
maybe i already answered? Miami to Chicago for the 2 2005 shows... 1st time seeing them live...
Hi! I travelled from Chile to Europe this July, saw then in Spain, France and Switzerland with Gary Numan. Again in Chike, now I'm travelling to Hollywood to see the last four shows, because I can't live knowing that I had the chance to listen to ATCHB live and I didn't dare to travel again ♡♡♡
Do I get to win a price for this? Lol. I'd love to meet Trent.
Longest is from Mtl to Toronto. Waiting to see what my Christmas bonus will look like. Might hit the last L.A. show at the last minute.
officially - tampa to NOLA.
i'm from central illinois and i've driven about 3 or 3 1/2 hours to see NIN in the past (st louis, cedar rapids and chicago) but tomorrow i will be flying out to the vegas shows. this trip is expensive but NIN is so worth it, and these shows, along with the 3 chicago dates, will be the best vacation ever!
Previously it was Milwaukee to Indy back during that summer 2006 tour but now Denver to Vegas for this weekend. So worth it and I'd do it again and again and again. Really wish I was going to LA!
