    Supplements. Look at Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas... the cheap Universal transfer isn't THAT bad; the CC transfer certainly isn't leaps and bounds better (unless the color correction on the Universal disc really bothers you).

    People still want the Criterion edition because it's Criterion and because of the supplements.

    Yeah.. Because Criterion offers more features other than its quality..
    Even though it has Blue ray release it is still good to have a Criterion Copy..
