New official poster. Not really earth-shattering to me since it's just him superimposed and TDK's idea but with fire lol. I still dig it though.

Really wish I wouldn't have watched The Dark Knight last night, made me want to see this RIGHT NOW
Fucking touchscreen made me Faceplam another post on accident...
Why is Hathaway credited before Hardy?
Edit: And OM, its not even calling back to TDK, its just a redone version of the first posted from this movie, which kind of makes it worse.

July 20! yippie!
On topic: Hated Bane's mask first time i saw it but afeter reading about it im digging it! still i hate Catwoman's generic costume...
It's good to see the batsuit get more and more pratical each movie to the point of including an adult diaper in this movie.
LOL how dare you hahahaha.
Totally saw this today and it was REALLY awesome:
Sweet new banners
There are actually 6 of them in total.
The other three kick equal amounts of ass.
I thought that poster was fan-made the first time I saw it, even though it was an IGN article I was reading. It just looks thrown together and very unofficial frankly. That said, those 3 new ones with RISE in big letters are totally doing it for me, especially the Batman and Bane ones - it's nice to see that rain texture again. Very cool.
It's also nice to see the evolution of the bat logo: if the Dark Knight version seemed to be bursting or exploding, this one clearly looks broken or shattered - which is some pretty serious foreshadowing, no? The almost contradictory marketing for this movie is more intriguing than frustrating somehow: OK, so Batman rises at some point (as in rises to the challenge?), yet "the legend ends" and he is unmasked and presumably "broken", too. I'm just dying to see the sequence of events in this movie more than anything else right now.
7 new HQ pics.
Some have been seen, the new Bane one is pretty sick.
Also, Batman returns...
....to vacation.

New TV spot, with a bit of newer footage.
I just saw a different one during Modern Family.
BOOM.
holy fuck. a few more months.
Yeah I think alphabet actually has nothing to do with it, with Oldman being before both of those names anyways. Probably going by the top billing rule. Oldman should be before both of those according to top billing, though yeah Hardy and Hathaway, while arguable, should be Hardy first. Hathaway is popular no doubt, but I also wonder how much thought actually went in to the order after the first few names. I've heard stories (as I'm sure many here have) of actors getting super pissed about someone else having billing before them.
Yeah, can't imagine who would do that. But yeah, it's confusing to me because Ledger was 3rd. Maybe he was ahead of Oldman because he died, but I'd imagine if they were going to give him special billing, he'd be ahead of Caine as well. It kind of makes sense to have Caine and Oldman ahead, but I really feel like Hardy, given that he's playing the villain, should be ahead of Hathaway, who is more of an ally. Either way, it's not particularly important; I was just curious.
Side note about those TV spots, Bane sounds insanely pleased with himself when he tells Gotham it's their liberation. Soooo excited to see Hardy in this role.
Ann Hathaway has a better agent. case closed.
Why does it matter what order the names are in?
This poster made my day:
That article does show what I was thinking, that Oldman should've been one of the people at the end using last billing. From The Professional to many other movies, the guy's a legend and has been around for a long ass time. Michael Caine as well. I've seen a bunch of movies lately with last billing going to like 5 people lol.
Also, 4 new character banners were released today. The first one with Batman facing down Bane is fucking sick.
