The bullshit continues.
Katya is DOMINATING the fan vote right now. It's also pretty interesting that they decided to give Alaska a villain edit at this point in the series.

Season 9 queens are out. I'm not blown away. Charlie Hides, Jaymes Mansfield and Nina Brown are my favourites so far, and keeping an eye on Farrah Moan and Shea Couleé.
Also, just got a meet and greet package for Trixie in Dublin in May. Dunno whether to cry or sing Kim Chi The Asian Drag Queen when I meet her.
Watch before it gets pulled.
Right, here's some unconfirmed spoilers floating around. There's lots of them and contradictions are everywhere, so I'm just going with reporting the ones that are apparently the most accurate.
Spoiler: Cynthia Lee Fontaine is the secret returning queen, will last to at least Snatch Game.
Two early favourites will leave the competition.
Lady Gaga enters the show in disguise as a fake queen in the workroom.
Jaymes Mansfield lasts until at least episode 6. Potential Miss Congeniality.
Farrah Moan is the villain of the season.
Two of the top 3: Shea and Sasha.
Nina is a high-ranking queen.
Charlie Hides has an injury and has to leave the competition.
Gaga isn't the only big name judge this season.
premieres friday, the 24th ON VH1! this is awesome news as i was looking into upgrading my cable package specifically for drag race. it was expensive and i'm so glad i don't have to anymore.
that said, i hope logo can survive this. ru is their livelihood. also, friday nights, tho?

this season's song is legit.
holy shit.
Holy Shit.
HOLY SHIT.
(we got emotional watching eureka's talk with gaga).
yes. not disappointed.

my main musical collaborator and i just released a song that's kind of a tribute to detox (just in time for tonight's new episode of drag race). check it out!
tonight's show, after that premiere ... meh.
eureka is still my favorite (think he's cute af out of drag), trinity and kimora are still my least faves.
bummed about the elimination. i think she let her intimidations get in the way. i really liked her.
trinity has a bad energy (reminds me of venus, who's a terrible, attention obsessed jerk). yuck.

Ugh, this elimination made me so sad. I think she may do well post-show.
yeah, this episode was a big yawn compared to the previous one, and the b-52's weren't nearly as fun as i felt like they should have been. also, that was THE MOST BORING LIP SYNC EVER to one of the most fun songs ever...how does that happen?
it really was. they were both lackluster, thought it might be a double elimination.
no mini challenge, a dull maxi challenge ... just a dud.
in other rpdr news, gia gunn has come out as trans. also, i had no idea that peppermint is a trans woman, the first to enter the competition identifying.
"what's an adjective?". bye, girl, bye.
valentina is so endearing. and i take back my trinity/venus comparison.
the talk about orlando in the workroom really got to me.
what the fuck was that?! she didn't have to match her choreography, she could have done funny.
she laid her head on the tracks from the get-go.
disappointed.
snatch game tonight.
this season is so underwhelming.
really bummed about how last night's lip sync went down.
I would have appreciated last night more if I didn't know exactly what was going to happen because of a leak.
season of disappointment so far. she was the one i felt most invested in, and it's a stretch to say that this year.
@slave2thewage , can you just not help yourself?
I didn't believe it at first - Ru yelling at a fan favourite and stopping a lip-sync? The initial leak about a month ago had a few different details, namely Spoiler: in addition to not knowing the words, Valentina would have zero makeup on apart from her eyes, but it was there.
Her fans need a fucking chill pill, as well.
every single one of those crew members are attractive. how cute were they in this? nina's partner reminded me of that clown from house of 1000 corpses once painted. sarge, dude ... so adorbs.
no complaints this elimination.

Finally.
the foreshadowing at the beginning of the show is ruining it for me. literally one minute in, i said "yep, she's going home tonight." and she did.
that was the worst lip sync song ever. ughhhh ...
i told my boyfriend at the beginning of the show, "there better not be a top four ... "
whelp.
i don't care much who wins. they're all *okay*. my money is on shea, even though i've HATED her seemingly permanent white underliner in the corner of her eyes. i mean, seriously? nobody clocked that shit?
god. season ten, come through. let's forget this mediocre run. and the first on a major network? not a great introduction to the masses.

The unmasking of Villaintina was the best part of the season. Shame that a large part of her fanbase are awful 17 year old twinks who think that she can do no wrong.
i'm shook. not what i predicted by a long shot. okay with the winner, but ready for season 10 already.
