    I'm guessing whoever designed the site also designed the Basement site and copied the tour page over as a template. Probably didn't expect that anyone would see it until it was properly updated and announced.

    Yep folks on reddit caught that as well -- my first assumption was that they were touring together. But i think you are on to something with the duplicate template.
