Has anyone in the US gotten shipping emails for deviations yet?

Worried? Not at all. Annoyed? Sure.

I sent a helpdesk ticket on 6/6. Didn't get a response till 6/10 which didn't answer my question. Had a couple back and forth e-mails and my last one from 6/13 hasn't been answered after 9 days. My original question still hasn't been answered after 17 days.

No one has gotten an official shipping confirmation. Someone asked for a refund and was denied because the customer service rep said it was already being prepared for shipment.

I understand that.

Blaster asked for a refund and was told it was too late because the packages were already at the shipping hub. I e-mailed them about when they would ship nine days ago and haven't heard anything back.

If that was the ONLY content of your ticket, it is probably at the bottom of the queue because you don't actually need assistance, and not too long before 9 days ago we were already told things were to ship at the end of the month.

My ticket needed intervention, so I'm thinking they were open to respond about the status of things because they could cancel the other stuff on my order(s) but couldn't help with Deviations specifically.

This proves that things are on schedule to ship in the expected time frame, we'll get tracking any day now.

So late Friday night it'll be then I'm hoping it will be a global release date not just US at end of June. Still waiting for the Physical component to ship in UK..

It's the last week of June. I bet Deviations 1 starts going out today, since they're apparently already at the hub.

As bad as the delays have been for Deviations, i'm still more likely to get it before my Mondo Ramona Flower model i ordered 5 months before them

I, too, have received my shipping info! I appreciate mentioning the plan for the remasters to be shipping this August, makes me few a little better - enough time to let them get their stuff straight, but also not terribly far away. SO happy these didn't ship while I was in Las Vegas this weekend. I was afraid I'd come home to a sun-warped and rain-soaked mess of a package.

My favorite thing about the shipping notice is that when I track it on the postal service website it says that they haven't even actually received it yet, which I know is normal, but regardless is hilarious

Is anybody else's shipping via media mail? My Firebrand receipt isn't specific but I'm pretty sure I paid for expedited shipping and the ~$35 shown for shipping would seem to verify this. Even more insulting is that if I were tyo place the exact same order today (Deviations, The Fragile, NTAE vinyl) I could get overnight shipping for ~$15.
