Has it ever come up that there are some letters totally missing from the lyrics on this sheet?
"FI" is missing from "infinite" and "FL" from "flies"
can't see how it would help in this context, but just throwing it out there

That would be a possibility, but I doubt there is nothing to find in the PC, and that's atleast something.
There's also the foil-sheet that seems out of place without a proper use, the powder, and the black background of some but not all cards to investigate. And probably even more.
From TITP video. Maybe 85122 is connected to how we read the grid?

I just tried adding up all blocks until each space with no blocks and converted those numbers to their corresponding letters in the alphabet -- unsurprisingly this led to nothing!
This is starting to look like the Twin Peaks discussion over on welcometotwinpeaks:

Looks an awful lot like this.
Edit: no 5 dot X... D'oh

Could the cards be data matrix?

without going into too much detail since I'm at work currently, I definitely see a potential cipher in the scans of the full page. I'm going to work on it this evening. This sort of stuff is oddly fun and relaxing to me, even if it leads nowhere. I love patterns but I don't have the PC myself, sadly. So, thanks OP!
Don't know if it's important or not but the columns vary in how many vertical rows/slots there are if that makes sense- referencing both sheets I've got the count as such:
2 - 2 - 3 - 3 - 1 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 3 - 3 - 2 - 3- 2? - 2 - 3 - 3 - 2 - 3 - 2 - 2?(1?) - 3 - 3 - 1 - 3 - 2?
The 2?(1?) is questionable just because the 'U' towards the very bottom of the sheet is messy and difficult to read (all other characters indicate it being a 1 tho), the other 2? only have two blocks next to each other, but there are spaces where a third could fit.
There's also this BB variant.
Where there seems to be extra spaces between the 'words', I started to break them into blocks. Not sure if it helps.
So i guess the first 3 (?) lines is a title or maybe the first paragraph. The whole text (?) consists of... about 95% of 3x3 characters (?) AND about 5% of characters with extra block (vertical). Maybe it's a punctiation or upper case letters. idk.
Maybe it's somehow related to visual cryptography? I could also see this relating to the Burning Bright (Field on Fire) video.
Wait
What's the physical size of it in cm?
Ah, that will need someone with the sheet to measure, but it fills a good portion of it. Maybe 20cm x 12cm (very rough estimate).
EDIT: Actually, much smaller. You can see an example here: http://apocalyptech.com/ntae/01_branches_bones/blue_fr_12.jpg
Looks like about 12x6

I'm just trying to figure out how's that bigger than screen of an iphone/android, for example..
Wild guess, but...
Just measured mine- the text block on its longest sides are 2 1/4" x 4 3/16", so 5.715 x 10.63625 cm, approx. Neat idea since the block is so small, but you're not going to be able to see through the PC paper, it's way too thick. Probably could use tracing paper and mark all the blocks and overlay that but idk I'm not holding my breath on finding something that way.
edit: or, yknow, could just mess with overlaying an image on the BB video digitally like a normal person. Hard to get my head out of traditional media spaces.
