The Super Soldiers thing was the WORST PLOT DEVELOPMENT EVER.
Also, I had no idea they were doing "Season 10" comics. Just read the first issue and it's quite good.

Season 10 has started off really well. Can't wait to see where this is heading.
So, they're doing a season 10 comic. I thought you were trolling at first until I googled it, heh. All I want is a third movie that gives some sense of closure (Doggett and Reyes). Maybe I'll check out the comics at some point though.
Seasons 1-4 in widescreen would be great.
Much like thousands of other TV shows, this one would have to be redone from the cutting room floor for a proper HD release (e.g. Star Trek: TOS, Star Trek: TNG, Firefly, etc.). Last I heard anything about blu's for this was the end of last year, with a projected release date of Q4 2013. It will happen, just give it time.
Seasons 1-4 were shot, produced, blah blah blah, in 1.33:1; I wouldn't hold your breath for widescreen, as I think that doesn't exist.
Yeah, kinda figured as much... Awesome idea though, if it were possible. I think when I'm caught up with my other shows, I may rewatch the series. It's about time.
Playing The Last Of Us, with its fungus zombies, has made me flash back to that episode with the throat-spore stalks. GAH.
Haha, definitely a Thing knockoff, but I didn't mind. I love how X-Files was inspired by some great sci-fi/horror movies, and now x-files inspires the new movies. Most recently, I remember XF being mentioned as an influence in the commentary for Prometheus.
Aaah, Colony/End Game is so good. Season 4 is my favorite season of the show, and it probably is for a lot of people, so that could explain the higher price?
Memento Mori never fails to bring the tears.
I have yet to bother with the 2008 film(and I heard to stay away from it too) but this was a cool re-imagining:
The remix on my Songs in the Key of X soundtrack is a personal fave too:
The second movie isn't that bad. Problem is, people probably expected answers and a follow-up to the mythology, which it didn't do. It's mostly an extended "monster of the week" episode. If you can go into it without super high expectations, you should be alright.
i'm excited about the panel at comic con this year
Humbug...great to see the Jim Rose Circus.
Just finished Paper Clip this afternoon and obviously am in the third season.
I now have come to terms to state that Walter Skinner is my favorite character, minus the obvious Mulder and Scully of course.
2shy is 2gross.
Yuck.
Still trekking along season 3.
So, found great priced copies of Season 4 and Season 5. Bought them both.
Just finished War of the Coprophages.
Exceptionally nasty....haha.
Why have I never heard of this before?
I keep bumping this thread.
Top 20 X-Files Villains
I got my hands on a few more season sets. Now I own 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. I still need to get 6, 8 and 9.
Currently just finished Unruhe.
I gotta watch that show again, I don't think I missed an episode as they aired up until like season 5 or so. Flukeman freaked me out.
Unruhe is one of my favourite episodes. Season 4 is tied with 2 as being my favourite season as well.
Clyde Bruckman and Pusher have always resonated with me.
Everyone is by Flukeman, mostly...
It is a good one. I also think Season 2 was really good as well. I just got finished Sanguinarium so I'm not all that far into Season 4 yet.
Minus a few throwaways, Season 3 is top notch. War of the Coprophages, 2shy, Quagmire, etc. are all great.
The Clyde Bruckman episode is all right, I enjoyed it but it didn't grab me as much as it does other people. Pusher was also good.
As for as criminals I couldn't stand at all to where I wanted him dead by the end of the episode; I've only ever encountered one of them. That's Leonard Trimble from The Walk. I hated that guy. Astral projection asshole.
I'm a random bumper for this thread but I don't care. This is an extremely well done tribute video:
