I will absolutely see that movie. Also, it's like Keanu forgot how to talk in some of those scenes.
Fuck yes please.
Is that Ragnar? huh. Looks cool but the constant "who is the bad guy" switching is a little off-putting to me.
And the wiki description doesn't really match up with that trailer either.Raised by Wolves centers around "two androids — Father and Mother — tasked with raising human children on a mysterious new planet after the Earth was destroyed by a great war. As the burgeoning colony of humans threatens to be torn apart by religious differences the androids learn that controlling the beliefs of humans is a treacherous and difficult task."
they made the book more unsettling, wow.
Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god!
HBO IS DEVELOPING A SPHERE SERIES!
Yes, the Michael Crichton book! Seriously, one of my favorite books ever. When Westworld was announced, I said to my girl how it would be cool if Sphere was expanded into a mini series as there is a lot there that could be developed further. This is so awesome!!!
Westworld’s Denise Thé developing Sphere series at HBO
After acting as executive producer and writer on the premium cabler’s other major Michael Crichton adaptation, Westworld‘s Denise Thé is developing a series adaptation of the author’s 1987 novel Sphere for HBO.
With Thé at the helm as showrunner, writer and executive producer, the series will adapt the story of a group of scientists as they head one thousand feet below into the ocean and confront the surreal, beautiful and deadly mysteries of the universe, only to find those closest to us may also be the most alien.
The new adaptation will be produced by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy’s Kilter Film alongside Robert Downey Jr. and Susan Downey’s Team Downey in association with Warner Bros. Television, while Nolan, Joy, the Downeys, Athena Wickham and Amanda Burrell are attached as executive producers.

i loved that movie so much when i saw it in the theater that, as soon as it let out, i walked across to barnes & noble and bought the book. while the movie changed quite a few things from the book, it's still pretty good, but i'm SUPER excited to see what they do with a series. i think it'd be way better to spread everything out and give it room to breathe.
His best performance, hands down
Collateral was shot at 2k though right? One of the first fully digital movies after Attack of the Clones if I remember rightly.
Hopefully it has a decent HDR pass
