Hahahaha… well, fuck. He gets away again. He gets away with everything.

He just has to lose in November. If he wins, he truly gets away with everything, forever.

Most news agencies have been purchased by right-wing interests. I'm not sure that losing is enough, look what fox did during the last election, and think about what happens when all of them do it in sync.

The classified documents case was dismissed. Really cool stuff just keeps happening and laws mean nothing for rich white assholes.

Sooooooo they gonna throw out that Hunter Biden case too, since it was ALSO "unconstitutionally" assigned a special prosecutor?

Oh... yeah.. that's right. The law only applies to registered Democrats now.

Is it just me or does the new Jack Smith stuff seem actually underwhelming? We are once again at a wall of: if trump wins the election or otherwise ends up as president, this won't matter. And I feel like if you weren't already convinced trump tried to pull a coup last time, this ain't going to change your mind right? Unless I'm missing something, we aren't seeing any tangible or interesting new pieces of specific evidence here?

Most of the information in it is stuff inferred and reasonably known sure but also now it's out officially. the difference is that it's going to be talked about by people more and more and it's before the election, not after, so the "undecideds" can make up their mind.

or, what they really are: Trump voters who want to be on TV.

Trump to Pence: Don't treat it as (an election) loss, treat it as an intermission.

If that's not absolutely terrifying to where we are right now, I don't know what is.
