All the way through the episode I was convinced it was TR&AR and then their credit came up
Holy SHIT that was good.

edit: Okay I'm a bad Ghosts fan, it was 'Together' on a loop through the episode. Still a phenomenal use of their music, and credited as the TR&AR rather than NIN.

I'm hoping they'll do some original music for it this season, especially since they're now working with the creator of the show on another project.

I'm not familiar with his solo stuff but apparently one of Alessandro's songs was in Ep 3.

The Bear Season 3 Soundtrack: A Guide to Every Song Featured

According to this, it's a track called "Corda" ("Rope" in English). Reading the list of music in that episode, it's easy to see how it got lost in the shuffle. There was a lot of classical music being played.
