    Zero-Sum (Fringe)

A new version of the song created for a promo to the television series Fringe, it contains dialogue from the show read by Reznor in place of the original verses. When the promo's audio is viewed through a spectrograph, it is shown to contain a glyph from the television series.
    Lyrics

And I've seen history repeat itself enough times to know
    A war is coming
You don't have to trust me, or even like me
But you can't deny I hold a unique perspective shaped by having lived in two worlds
I've seen first hand the difference a wrong choice can make

    The truth will come out
    It always does

    Shame on us,
    For all we have done
    And all we ever were
    Just zeroes and ones
    Which episode was this?

Are there any ideas/rumours as to the producer they brought in (and subsequently let go) for HM?

These days I think you're probably looking at either ebay or private collectors. I doubt you'll find one at retail.

I can't find the actual order on my iPad, but the emails refunding the overcharge were from nintix@musictoday.com

Thank you. I found the Amsterdam confirmation via musictoday. Still looking for the Riga one....

Edit: Panic over. Looks like I bought the Riga ticket after pre-sale, via bilesuserviss.

    Cheers!

    Hi guys,
I'm not really sure I am in the right place to make this question...if not, sorry.
Since I don't have access to Beats Music, is there a chance for some US people to post the Trent Reznor playlists?
    I'm really curious about it.

    thanks so much!

Thanks much to dlb and Endlessly for their earlier help. :-)

    Trent really likes Corona Radiata...

Does anyone have the exhibitA.wav recording that was originally on the www.exterminal.net site? Every time I click on it it says that the page is not found. Even when I clicked on the audio clip for it at http://www.ninwiki.com/Exterminal it says error 404 page not found. I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could help me with this. An inverted version of Capital G and whatever the combination was as a final result would be interesting to hear.

I remember once seeing a scan of a sort of press statement and/or letter to the record label that Trent wrote before the Downward Spiral was done/released. If I remember right the basic gist of it was how messed up/different the album was going to be and how it might be a huge failure, but he didn't care or something along those lines. This ring a bell with anyone? Anyone have a copy of the scan?

What would be considered the absolute highest resolution version of The Downward Spiral available?
Maybe the SACD? A 24/96 Vinyl Rip? I'd love to know!

In theory, the 5.1, but that's not the original version of course. For the original stereo mix, you want a lossless, 24/96 rip of a previously unplayed, but also unsealed, copy.

    Audiophilia is tough business.

    Sounds like it!
So, is that a 24/96 rip of the vinyl?

From a fidelity standpoint, considering the Downward Spiral was recorded entirely in the digital domain, what benefits would a vinyl copy have versus the SACD stereo remaster?

None. But if you want original master (which many people prefer) (I'm not one of them), then you'd have to go original vinyl.

Where did this whole "Ally" nickname for Alessandro come from? :-)

    It's a common contraction for Alessandro/Alexander
